My Angel's Call was born with my desire to eliminate animal products from my daily use and incorporate all those blessed flowers, vegetables and trees that Mother Earth has provided us to enhance and heal the quality of our lives. In return to Her, I am making every effort to be mindful of my eco-foot print to minimize the ecological impact of my day to day living.
We all can make some contribution to a green world as it only takes a small action a day to add a possitive benefit to our communities and our world.
I owe it to Her and my grandchildren.
Our handmade products are crafted with care and only the finest ingredients. No preservatives added to our soaps, lotions, creams, oils, bath salts, sugar scrubs. We don't do animal testing (other then myself). Made fresh to order and adaptable to your needs.

Natural Properties
ESSENTIAL OILS. Used in aromatherapy, a form of alternative medicine, in wich healing effects are ascribed to the aromatic compounds in essential oils and other plant extracts.
Many common have medicinal properties that have been applied in folk medicine since ancient times and are still widely used today.
In recent years there has been an increasing interest in the use of natural substances, and some questions concerning the safety of synthetic compounds have encouraged more detailed studies of plant resources. Essential oils, have a wide application in folk medicine, food flavouring and preservation as well as in fragrance industries. The antimicrobial properties of essential oils have been known for many centuries. In recent years (1987-2001), a large number of essential oils and their constituents have been investigated for their antimicrobial properties against some bacteria and fungi in more than 500 reports. Essential oils of spices and herbs (thyme, origanum, mint, cinnamon, salvia and clove) were found to possess the strongest antimicrobial properties among many tested.

SHEA BUTTER. Used in all skin types to moisturize severe dry skin. High content of vitamins A, E, and F, it will provide your skin with all the essentials elements it needs for good skin balance.
Shea butter and its derivatives have been known to the cosmetics industry for a long time but recent research has revealed a number of interesting new features, especially
concerning the bio-activity of the shea butter minor lipids. Shea butter is an excellent emollient for both skin and hair care applications. The functionality of native shea butter is further improved by fractionation, yielding liquid emollients enriched in the characteristic triterpene esters such as lupeol and amyrin cinnamates. Beneficial effects in skin care applications from these components include anti-irritant and antiinflammatory action as well as enhancement of the sun protection factor of organic sunscreens.

OATMEAL. Acts as a gentle exfoliate. Traditionaly used to treat rashes and poison ivy.
oatmeal baths can also be used to treat painful skin conditions characterized by dryness or inflammation, including windburn, sunburn, and diaper rash. Oatmeal baths cool painful skin the same way they soothe itchy skin: by protecting the skin and putting oatmeal’s anti-inflammatory powers to work on it. Oatmeal fights inflammation with an array of natural components, including vitamin E and compounds called avenanthramides, which are actually unique to oatmeal.
SWEET ALMOND. Rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. The almond oil is an excellent emollient and helps the skin to balance its loss and absorption of moisture.
Sweet almond oil has excellent therapeutic properties; it has anti-inflammatory properties that make it ideal for using in a massage oil for injured or aching muscles. It has a very high Vitamin E content, which is an anti-inflammatory vitamin. The oil is often used in treating the dry, scaly skin of those suffering from eczema and psoriasis because of this property. It stores relatively well, especially in the refrigerator where it keeps for up to six month's time. It also helps to relieve itchiness, hence, its value in treating psoriasis and eczema.
AVOCADO OIL. It contains proteins, aminoacids and relatively large amounts of vitamins A, D, and E, making this oil very much alive. These components are highly moisturizing and healing. They enable avocado oil to regenerate cells, soften body tissue and heal scaly skin and scalp.

Avocado oil can help reduce the chances of wrinkles, and subsequently aging. This is because it contains certain anti-oxidant agents that help boost the collagen in the top layer of the skin. Collagen increases skin strength and elasticity. Avocado oil is also high in sterolins, which are reputed to help heal sun damage and scars. Thus, given its emollient properties, it is ideal for dry, damaged and dehydrated skin and acts well for the rejuvenation of the skin.
It is also rich is lecithin, a fatty acid that helps keep the skin soft and moisturised. Avocado oil contains high levels of vitamins, especially Vitamin E and Vitamin A. While Vitamin E is known to protect skin cells from free radicals, Vitamin A is useful in neutralizing the harmful elements in our skin.
OLIVE OIL. A very good moisturizer with healing properties. It attracts external moisture, holds the moisture close to the skin and forms a breathable film to prevent loss of internal moisture. Olive Oil does not block the natural functions of the skin while performing its own. The skin is able to continue sweating, realizing sebum and shedding dead skin.
Olive oil serves as a great remedy for Arthritis. When rubbed on the affected body parts, it works wonders in keeping away the problem of Arthritis. For body burns and inflammation, Olive oil ensures early recovery of the wounded part of body. Owing to the strong aroma and heavy texture of Olive oil, its use is not preferred in Aromatherapy. Therefore, it is usually used in combination with other oils for giving relaxing body massage.
JOJOBA OIL. Jojoba is very similar in composition to human natural skin oils. It penetrates the skin rapidly to nourish it and also softens and moisturizes mature and dry skin. Jojoba helps to heal inflamed skin conditions such as psoriasis or any form of dermatitis. Helps control acne and oily scalps.
The structure of jojoba oil closely resembles that of your own skin sebum, and because of this it has a natural affinity to the skin, and is readily absorbed without making the skin feel greasy or tacky nor does it clog the pores and helps to balance the production of sebum - your skin's own lubricating medium.
In reality Jojoba oil is not an oil but a liquid wax and is well tolerated by people with skin problems and does not aggravate acne, and also helps to break down sebum in plugged-up pores.
ALOE VERA. This succulent leaves are an effective healing agent for the treatment of burns, injuries and acne. This cool, clear gel is soothing and moisturizing, as it stimulates the growth of new cells and tissue with natural steroids, enzymes and aminoacids.
Aloe vera is a perennial, drought-resisting, succulent plant belonging to the Lily (Liliaceae) family which, historically, has been used for a variety of medicinal purposes. The plant has stiff grey-green lance-shaped leaves containing clear gel in a central mucilaginous pulp. Clinical evealuations have revealed that the pharmacological active ingredients are concentrated in both the gel and rind of the aloe vera leaves. These active ingredients have been shown to have analgesic and antiinflammatory effects.
CALENDULA FLOWER OIL. Calendula is a herb whose blossoms yield calendula oil. It has regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties, known to successfully heal a variety of damages. The oil promotes healing the wounds, burns and tissue and softens and soothes dry chapped skin.
The calendula is a potent antiseptic herb. Several of the active chemical constituents found in the herb are fungicidal or mycotic toxins - especially the resins, in addition these compounds are also bactericidal and anti-viral agents. The astringent quality of the herb also has a beneficial affect on the functioning of the capillaries, this property of the herb accounts for the effectiveness of the herb in the treatment of cuts, physical wounds, varicose veins, and various other inflammatory disorders that affect the human body.
The most beneficial actions of the calendula herb are for its positive effects on the skin, the herb is a very good remedy for all types of skin complaints. Calendula is a very effective herb for the treatment of most minor skin problems induced by different factors.
COCOA BUTTER. Often recomended for treatment of skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. When applied topically, it creates a barrier between sensitive skin and enviroment and also helps retain moisture. Pregnat women have long used to cocoa butter formulations to prevent and treat stretch marks.
Cocoa Butter contains natural antioxidants that give it a long shelf life of over 3 years. It is naturally rich in Vitamin E as well as a number of other vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E helps to soothe, hydrate, and balance the skin and also provides the skin collagen which assists with wrinkles and other signs of ageing. Cocoa Butter also contains cocoa mass polyphenol (CMP), a substance that inhibits the production of the immuno globulin IgE. IgE is known to aggravate symptoms of both dermatitis and asthma. For centuries pregnant women have used to Cocoa Butter formulations to prevent and treat stretch marks, but this pleasant-smelling substance is added to countless other topical preparations. Lotions and oils containing Cocoa Butter are often used in aromatherapy massage to promote relaxation and the feeling well-being.

The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit language and it means "wheel," or vortex. It refers to the seven major energy centers of the body. Each energy center reflects a different aspect of your life and your consciousness. When these energy centers flow smoothly, you feel vital and healthy. When they're blocked, you feel stressed and off-balance. Focusing on each chakra, while in a meditative relaxed state, can help get your chakras unstuck and can bring your life into harmony.
The spine and the human energy field contain chakras, or energy centers, that vibrate at different frequencies. Each chakra presents us with the opportunity to establish a root relationship and to satisfy a deep soul desire. Each frequency holds the gift of a certain power, which enhances our human experience on Planet Earth. As we tune into this power, we are internally empowered to deal with the specific life challenges of that energy center or chakra and as a consequence to live more whole, meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Root Chakra
Chakra One: Muladhara
Earth, Physical identity, oriented to self-preservation.
Located at the base of the spine, this chakra forms our foundation. It represents the element earth, and is therefore related to our survival instincts, and to our sense of grounding and connection to our bodies and the physical plane. Ideally this chakra brings us health, prosperity, security, and dynamic presence.

The First Chakra is named the base. It is linked to the body's physical well-being, including your vitality, passion, and sexual enjoyment. Located at the base of the spine, it affects how we appreciate life, our sexual relationships, physical activities and our survival instinct. It is associated with the earth, and this Chakra helps keep us grounded (not being 'grounded' would physically produce a sense of light-headiness, and this would in turn lead to not having realistic goals). It also influences our feeling of self-worth, and our sense of belonging in the family and the world outside. When we are grounded, we have a strong desire for life, while trusting and accepting others.
Sacral Chakra
Chakra Two: Svadhisthana
Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification
The second chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to the element water, and to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Ideally this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment, and the ability to accept change.
The Second Chakra is named the Sacral Chakra. Orange color is asociated with this Chakra. Located an inch below the naval; it vibrates slightly faster than the base chakra. It controls how we with interact with others, socially, emotionally and physically. This area deals with giving birth, parenting, sex drive, and business relationships.
Blockages lead to problems with sexual potency and enjoyment; other one-to-one relationships also suffer - not just with your best friend, but your business partner as well. Morals and ethics start to blur - leading to further conflicts. Physical symptoms include: lower back pain, bladder and bowel problems, exhaustion, low appetite, and low sex drive leading to a sense of helplessness.
Working on this chakra helps ensure an active and enjoyable sex life. Creativity will improve; confidence and security over business relationships will also get back to normal. One of the crystals asscoiated with this chakra is Gold Topaz - this helps with our confidence, empowering us to do what we want; it also reduces worries, fears and sleeplessnes, while strengthening our resolve to stand tall. Another is Citrine which helps stop destructive behaviour patterns. Energetic movements such as dancing, exercise and sex, help unblock this chakra.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Chakra Three: Manipura
Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-definition
This chakra is known as the power chakra, located in the solar plexus. It rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism. When healthy, this chakra brings us energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power.
The Third Chakra is named the Solar Plexus; Its color is yellow. It is found about one inch below the sternum. If punched there, it knocks the wind out of you and you'll feel sick. Here we develop the sense of ourselves, how worthy we are, and discover what direction to follow in life. This is where we find our power, emotional strength, knowledge and intellect.
There is tremendous energy around this chakra, which gives us purpose and direction, joy and happiness. It is also where our intuition or gut feeling comes from. If developed further it can bring our psychic ability into awareness; you need to work with the Heart and Third Eye Chakras to bring compassion, love and vision to this area. It can also be used to direct sadness upwards out of the body.
Blockages in this chakra can result in stomach and pancreatic problems, gallstones, anorexia, addictions, fear and anger. Emotionally you would find it difficult dealing with authority figures; people in positions of power would invaribly seem intimidating, and responsibility would become a frightening prospect. Self-confidence plummets, and the advice of others always seems best.
When this chakra is open it can help balance the lower ones, ensuring that we are able to forgive others while regaining confidence in ourselves. Meditation is good for helping unblock this chakra.
Heart Chakra
Chakra Four: Anahata
Air, Social identity, oriented to self-acceptance
This chakra is called the heart chakra and is the middle chakra in a system of seven. It is related to love and is the integrator of opposites in the psyche: mind and body, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity. A healthy fourth chakra allows us to love deeply, feel compassion, have a deep sense of peace and centeredness
The Fourth Chakra is named the Heart Chakra; its color is green; it is found midway between the nipples. It is the major link to the other chakras, allowing the energy to flow between the Earth and the Universe. This is where we develop into a loving person, and where we become aware of our compassion for others, ourselves, and the Universe. If the chakra is fully open you will be able to empathise with all beings and understand what they are going through. It is the place of balance. Again there is tremendous energy associated with this chakra.
Blockages cause asthma, lung, heart and circulation problems, migraines, and high blood pressure. When this chakra is closed, we become cold-hearted, and feel unloved; everything is either sensual or sexual, rational or logical. Inner feelings are missing due to past pain, hurts and jealousy. We would become frightened to embrace life by ourselves, while fearing commitment. When the chakra is open, we are full of love and compassion for others, and see the inner beauty of everything around us - even ourselves.
Associated crystals include Tourmaline (helps activate unconditional love and compassion; strengthens lungs, and helps migraines); also Jade (helps circulation problems, and keeps you calm and relaxed). Meditation clears blockages and helps us to move our lives forward, beyond the pain and hurt.
Throat Chakra
Chakra Five: Vishuddha
Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression
This is the chakra located in the throat and is thus related to communication and creativity. Here we experience the world symbolically through vibration, such as the vibration of sound representing language
The fifth Chakra is named the Throat Chakra, and it is found at the hollow of the throat. Its color is blue. This chakra is where we speak our inner truth, and it is also the source of our creativity. When communicating, our heart chakra opens and connects to the throat - integrity and truth will only occur if neither chakra is blocked. To communicate also means listening to what other people have to say - this takes patience, compassion and wisdom.
Blockages cause problems with the thyroid gland, bronchial tubes, and vocal chords, as well as headaches, tightness in the jaw, shoulder or neck problems. Emotionally, you will feel that nobody ever listens to you, and in turn you will find it hard to receive or express love. You may well also be fearful of public speaking, or even speaking out in front of a group of friends.
When this chakra is fully open, we can communicate clearly with balance and compassion, giving and receiving, changing the negative into the positive. Singing - or any form of music - is good for the throat chakra.
Associated crystals include aquamarine (gets rid of fears and phobias, while helping us learn about our true selves; also helps creativity and communication), and fluorite (helps ensure the correct balance of energies and opens the throat chakra).Wearing something light blue will also help in communicating with others.
Third Eye Chakra
Chakra Six: Ajna
Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection
This chakra is known as the brow chakra or third eye center. It is related to the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively. As such it opens our psychic faculties and our understanding of archetypal levels. When healthy it allows us to see clearly, in effect, letting us “see the big picture.
The Third Eye is the sixth chakra and it is found two fingers above the bridge of the nose. Purple is the color of this Chakra. This chakra allows us to see through lies and get to the truth, being the link between our minds and a higher conciousness. This is where we develop our intuition and perception; you will begin to see clearly the cause and effect between relationships, events and people. Here we also develop wisdom and open up to the highest most divine knowledge, eventually becoming spititually aware.
Through this chakra we are able to enter a different dimension of vibrant colour; it is here that we can communicate with our angel friends and loved ones, walking with our guides as we learn the knowledge of the universe. It is a place of perfect wisdom, love and tranquility, where the pattern of one's own life is bypassed by the need to comprehend the universal patterns of existence. We now see life from a spiritual perspective.
Blockages make us introspective, resistant to new ideas and concepts; we become nervous and our attitude becomes rigid and inflexible, our behaviour following a fixed routine. We can also tend to see everything through rose-tinted glasses, and are not totally focused on what is happening around us.
Associated crystals include quartz (helps speed up healing, and is used in meditation); also rose quartz (helps return the balance of unconditional love and compassion). Meditation clears blockages and helps us to regain a truer perspective.
Crown Chakra
Chakra Seven: Sahasrara
Thought, Universal identity, oriented to self-knowledge
This is the crown chakra that relates to consciousness as pure awareness. It is our connection to the greater world beyond, to a timeless, spaceless place of all-knowing. When developed, this chakra brings us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection, and bliss
The seventh chakra is the Crown Chakra which is found at the top of the head. Magenta Color. This particular chakra concentrates the universal energy and allows us to connect directly to our Angels and guides. It is also the place of understanding and awareness where we transcend all wordly needs, merging with the wisdom and knowledge of the divine light. Personal desires become selfless, and we are now at the beginning of an exciting adventure into awareness of the true nature of the universe. When working with the crown chakra, the earth's energy is drawn up through your feet, reaching the heart chakra where it mingles with the universal energy. A complex energy cycle is created, helping cut through negativity and focusing the mind.
Blockages cause depression; life seems to have little meaning. You feel unbalanced and unable to make decisions. Depending on the severity, this can lead to constant headaches, or even mental illness. Silence and meditation are the keys to opening the crown chakra, thus creating the correct atmosphere for spiritual awakening to occur. Whenever you feel unfocused, imagine yourself as a tree with the branches spreading out into the universe from your arms and your crown (top of head). Next visualise roots spreading down your legs and into the ground, locking you in place, while feeding extra energy down through the crown chakra.
Associated crystals include clear and smoky quartz (the former is good for general meditation, while the latter can open up the crown chakra allowing a deeper level of meditation). Apopholite activates the upper chakras and is also very good for deep meditation and astral travel, while helping you to see the true way forward

This is a hard bar with wonderful lathering quality. It has been enriched with Shea Butter which soothes and softens dry, chapped skin, gentle enough for children and people with sensitive skin. Eucalyptus EO is a very effective insect repellent due to higher citronellal content than citronella. It is considered analgesic, calming, sedative and anti-hypertensive.
Patchouli essential oil is an effective anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant and stress reliever. Patchouli helps to tighten the pores of the skin and is used to combat wrinkles. It regulates oily skin and dandruff and is said to mobilize cellulite for elimination. Patchouli is also used for the treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, sores and burns
It has been enriched with Calendula infused oil which is known as regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties and to successfully heal variety of damage. The Calendula Flower infused oil promotes the healing of wounds, burns, and tissue, and softens and soothes dry chapped skin.
Lavender EO among its many properties, it’s known to be antidepressant, antiseptic, bactericide, cicatrizant, deodorant, fungicide, sedative. Soothes the spirit, relieves anger, has a sedative action, relieves insomnia.
It has been enriched with Jojoba oils that helps maintain normal functions while allowing the skin a chance to repair and rebalance. Colored with real chocolate!!

It has been enriched with Rose Clay which is mild Kaolin clay that can be used on normal to dry skin to gently cleanse and expoliate the skin while improving the skin's circulation.
This soap was made with organic goat milk, known for its properties to nourish dry, sensitive and aging skin. Cleopatra was known for having a wonderfu skin, the product of her bathing in goat's milk.
Lemongrass EO stimulates the mind, lifts the spirit, clears the head. Great for aching muscles.Peppermint EO helpful for concentration and mental fatigue.
The oatmeal gently scrubs away debris while the honey hydrates and soothes the skin. Honey is also moisturizing and it inhibits the growth of bacteria.
Olive oil does not block the natural function while performing its own. The skin is able to continue sweating, releasing sebum, and shedding dead skin.
It has been enriched with Almond Butter which soothes and softens dry, chapped skin. Rich in essential fatty acids which is easily absorbed into the skin. Almond butter also contains Vitamin E, Calcium and Omega 3
